&amp;nbsp;Perseverance. Sacrifice. Struggle. Glory. Passion. If one were allowed only five words to their biography, these are the words of a Midwest Hip Hop phenomenon!

Over the years Charlie Mizza has earned a strong reputation as a producer, in fact he&apos;s rated as the top of the line in the region. In 2008, Mizza landed a production deal with The Lost Angel Crew, a Latino Hip Hop group co-signed under Cypress Hill&apos;s new label, Latin Thug Records, and Ill Ego Entertainment. &amp;quot;I knew doing their album was going to be a real test for me, but I also knew that it was going to be the dopest west coast music heard in a while&amp;quot;, says Mizza. &amp;quot;They&apos;ve got raw talent that just ain&apos;t heard of too much anymore...with the industry standards now days with the Lil&apos; Waynes, or that Soulja Boy crap that&apos;s out there these days it&apos;s good to see that true lyricism still exists&amp;quot;. The album &amp;quot;Hello My Name Is&amp;quot; can be found on I-Tunes, as well as many other digital music outlets worldwide. Some of the beats that Mizza produced can be heard on songs like &amp;quot;S.D. 2 L.A.&amp;quot;, &amp;quot;The Saints&amp;quot;, &amp;quot;Grindin&amp;quot;, and &amp;quot;Who Said&amp;quot;.

Charlie Mizza: Always Free, Little King

&amp;quot;Now&apos;s my time to step up and prove that Charlie Mizza&apos;s WAY more than just beats&amp;quot;, says Mizza. &amp;quot;&apos;Always Free, Little King&apos; is the biblical translation of my first and middle name. It&apos;ll only be about 12-15 tracks, but it&apos;ll be bangin, I promise&amp;quot;. The album will feature mainstream artists such as D12&apos;s Bizarre, Chino XL, The Lost Angel Crew&apos;s WestKoast, and others that are T.B.A. All production will be handled by Mizza himself. &amp;quot;It&apos;s kind of an advantage I guess not having to work production in to a budget for an album,&amp;quot; he says. &amp;quot;Besides, I enjoy producing as much as I do rapping. I don&apos;t think I&apos;d enjoy hip hop as much as I do if I couldn&apos;t make beats&amp;quot;. The album is available on I-Tunes and other online music stores, as well as local music shops.

					<title>Chris Brown Spoofs Death Threat Video Made By Raz B&apos;s Brother Ricky Romance</title>
					<link>http://illegoentertainment.com/illegoextra.cfm?feature=617733&amp;postid=674147</link>
					<description>

&amp;nbsp;Video After The Jump

Several days ago Raz-B&amp;rsquo;s brother Ricky Romance made a video going at Chris Brown. In the video Romance threatened to put his pistol in Brown&amp;rsquo;s &amp;ldquo;motherf*cking mouth&amp;rdquo; if he ever caught him out in L.A.

Yesterday (January 1) Chris released a video spoofing the one made by Romance. It&amp;rsquo;s pretty damn funny.

For those that may not know, this beef started on twitter between Raz &amp;amp; Chris during an argument about Rihanna..

Good to see Chris trying to move past the stupidity. He&amp;rsquo;s apologized for homophobic slurs he made and this video is pure comedy.

					<title>Joe Budden Dissing Gudda Gudda? He Says The Young Money Rapper Has No Following...</title>
					<link>http://illegoentertainment.com/illegoextra.cfm?feature=617733&amp;postid=674118</link>
					<description>

&amp;nbsp;Video After The Jump

JumpOffTV invited Joe Budden to their discussion about who is signing to the Young Money roster next.

Low Key suggested that it could be Chris Brown. Raqi Thunda thinks the camp is already big enough and they should give Tyga and Jae Millz some shine.

Joe Budden on the other hand seemed to suggest that everyone on the roster besides Drake and Nicki Minaj is overrated.

&amp;ldquo;You can pick a bum off the street, make em say Young Money and he&amp;rsquo;s gonna be hot to all the f*cking sheep,&amp;rdquo; the Slaughterhouse MC said.

Low Key disagreed, saying that everyone Young Money has signed so far &amp;ldquo;has a bit of following.&amp;rdquo;

Buddens quickly shot back, &amp;ldquo;so Gudda Gudda has a following to you?&amp;rdquo; Before adding that he wished whoever the next signee is the best of luck.

Finally Joe was asked if he would sign to Young Money.

&amp;ldquo;I would take anything into consideration, I&amp;rsquo;m not sure that I would do it. But I&amp;rsquo;d consider it maybe, depending on if the deal was outstanding,&amp;rdquo; Joe said.

Personally I think the camp is starting to get too big. After adding the super talented rapper Cory Gunz the focus should be on getting his project out as well as Lil Wayne&apos;s &apos;Tha Carter IV&apos;, plus Tyga&apos;s and Drake&apos;s sophomore discs. The idea that Chris Brown would sign with them seems far fetched. He&apos;s building huge momentum on his own and already has a solid label home with Jive.

What are your thoughts on Young money&apos;s current roster and possible additions? And was Budden dissing Gudda Gudda in your opinion?

					<title>Pic Of T.I.&apos;s Wife, Tiny Handcuffed Emerges. Couple Released On Bail</title>
					<link>http://illegoentertainment.com/illegoextra.cfm?feature=617733&amp;postid=426053</link>
					<description>&amp;nbsp;

TMZ has obtained photos of T.I.&apos;s wife -- Tameka &amp;quot;Tiny&amp;quot; Cottle -- in handcuffs late last night while she was being placed into a cop car ... after she and her husband were arrested for allegedly possessing a controlled substance.

Sources on the scene tell us &amp;quot;Tiny&amp;quot; and T.I. were taken to separate squad cars and transported to a local Sheriff&apos;s station.

As we first reported, cops pulled the two over on Sunset Blvd around 10:18 PM for a traffic violation and then smelled marijuana. During a subsequent search of the vehicle, cops say they found a controlled substance -- we&apos;re told it was not cocaine. The class of the controlled substance that was found includes methamphetamines and ecstacy.

Both were booked on felony possession of a controlled substance.

They were booked and released on $10,000 bail.

					<title>Snoop Dogg Announces He&apos;s Dropping The Sequel To A Classic With New Album &apos;Doggystyle 2</title>
					<link>http://illegoentertainment.com/illegoextra.cfm?feature=617733&amp;postid=426051</link>
					<description>&amp;nbsp;

Snoop Dogg is setting the bar high for his next album.

The Doggfather announced that his next cd will be a sequel to the 1993 classic &apos;Doggystyle&apos;, and producer Swizz Beatz is already giving him &amp;quot;sounds&amp;quot; for the project.

&amp;quot;I&apos;m in the studio with Swizzle, and he just laced my boots up on my new record,&amp;quot; Snoop said while sitting next to Swizz. &amp;quot;Motherf*cker gave me some gangsta sh*t, some crip sh*t, some R&amp;amp;B sh*t, some hip hop sh*t, some hard sh*t, some mean sh*t. And the name of the album is &apos;Doggystyle 2: The Doggumentary&apos;, be on the look out for it.&amp;quot;

Snoop was holding a cd, he said contained 18 new tracks he and Swizz had just knocked out.

&amp;quot;Thats how we used to do it back in the day,&amp;quot; says Swizz. &amp;quot;We used to be about the sound, not the single. Right now we&apos;re constructing sounds for the album.&amp;quot;

When I think of &apos;Doggystyle&apos;, I remember nothing but hardcore West Coast tracks. It&apos;s going to be interesting to hear what Swizz, traditionally known for a more East Coast influenced sound has come up with.

					<title>Soulja Boy Tell&apos;em Plans &apos;Teenage Millionaire&apos; Book</title>
					<link>http://illegoentertainment.com/illegoextra.cfm?feature=617733&amp;postid=426045</link>
					<description>&amp;nbsp;

Soulja Boy Tell&apos;em has mastered the Internet and proven successful in the music industry, and now the &amp;quot;Pretty Boy Swag&amp;quot; rapper is set to try his hand at book publishing. The rapper plans to release a book called &amp;quot;Teenage Millionaire&amp;quot; in conjunction with his next album, The DeAndre Way, scheduled for release next month.

&lt;a href=&quot;http://www.mtv.com/ontv/&quot; style=&quot;color:#439CD8;&quot; target=&quot;_blank&quot;&gt;MTV Shows

Soulja Boy told MTV News during his recent appearance on &quot;RapFix Live,&quot; that his tome will be about his navigation through the music business.

&quot;It talks about me making my first million dollars at 17 years old,&quot; Soulja Boy explained. &quot;I talk about how my life changed. It talks about the music industry, everything I learned about the music industry -- how I got into the music industry with my mind set, all the ins and outs that I go through. All the chapters break down my beliefs and what steps and methods I took to get in this position. I just go and break [them] down into detail. I just want all my fans to read it when my album drops and have a good read and feel where I&apos;m coming from.&quot;

SB is currently enjoying the success of &quot;Pretty Boy Swag,&quot; which rests at #12 on Billboard&apos;s R&amp;B/Hip-Hop Songs chart. The rapper is in Los Angeles this week to shoot the video for one of his next singles, &quot;Blowing Kisses.&quot;

In July, Soulja Boy told MTV News that &quot;Speakers Going Hammer&quot; would be his next single. &quot;Basically, it&apos;s all about the sound of the music,&quot; he said about the Boi-1da-produced track. &quot;I got bars on this one. First verse, second verse, all bars, another anthem, as far as the hook. The hook is catchy. The video is gonna match the song perfect. And it&apos;s another hit.&quot;

					<title>Ex-Bad Boy Exec Suing Diddy For $12 Million For Firing Her Because She Was Old And Disabled</title>
					<link>http://illegoentertainment.com/illegoextra.cfm?feature=617733&amp;postid=426042</link>
					<description>&amp;nbsp;

TMZ Reports:

A woman who claims she launched Puff Daddy&apos;s career is suing the hip-hop mogul for $12 million -- claiming he fired her from his Bad Boy record label because she was old and disabled.

Francesca Spero just filed a lawsuit in federal court in NY -- in which she describes herself as a &amp;quot;51-year-old white woman&amp;quot; who served as a high ranking exec for Diddy since 1998.

In the docs, Spero claims she and Diddy -- aka Sean Combs -- butted heads after she informed him that she needed major hip surgery in 2008 ... and then later &amp;quot;suffered a relapse&amp;quot; to an addiction to prescription medication and alcohol.

According to the docs, Spero claims Diddy was &amp;quot;unsympathetic to her condition&amp;quot; -- and ultimately tried to freeze her out of the company.

Spero says she continued to do her work -- signing new artists -- but was eventually fired in March 2010 ... and replaced by a woman 10-15 years younger who &amp;quot;lacked the skill set and experience Spero brought to the position.&amp;quot;

Spero now claims Diddy -- along with his publishing and management companies -- owe her $12 mil in damages for age and disability discrimination.

					<title>Flo Rida Dropping New Double Disc &apos;The Only One&apos; W/Features From Lil Wayne, Gucci Mane &amp; Ludacris</title>
					<link>http://illegoentertainment.com/illegoextra.cfm?feature=617733&amp;postid=426033</link>
					<description>&amp;nbsp;

Flo Rida is releasing a beefy third LP. The double disc, titled &apos;The Only One&apos; will consist of two sister albums -- &apos;Only One Flo&apos; and &apos;Only One Rida.&apos; With guest appearances from Ludacris, Gucci Mane and Lil Wayne, who cameos on &apos;Fresh Out of State,&apos; the two-disc album will also include his international hit &apos;Can&apos;t Handle Me&apos; with David Guetta, which cracked the Top 20 in the U.S. and reached the top of the charts in the United Kingdom and Ireland.

&amp;quot;By now, I would have put out an album by now, but having the success of not just one album but a second album, which had the lead single &apos;Right Round,&apos;&amp;quot; he said in an interview with Nfinite Visions, counting Outkast and Guetta as reasons that he gravitates more towards Top 40 pop than straight hip-hop.

&amp;quot;I&apos;ve basically been inspired by the international success, Flo Rida continues in the video viewable below. &amp;quot;So with that being said, I&apos;ve acc**ulated a lot of records to the point where I want to put out a double-disc. I&apos;m the guy who loves to fluctuate and show my ability to be able to cross over with urban as well as pop culture. You&apos;ll definitely hear some international inspiration as well as the urban side.&amp;quot;

&apos;The Only One&apos; is expected to hit stores by the end of 2010.

&amp;nbsp;
While on tour, B-Real will continue to water his crops of MC&amp;rsquo;s, plugging the project and performing cuts from the record. Video After The Jump

You can&apos;t throw the year&apos;s biggest party without inviting the artist with the best-selling album of 2010. Especially if that guy happens to be Eminem, whose history with the MTV Video Music Awards is long, legendary and full of the kind of eye-popping moments that make the VMAs the must-TiVo event of the year.

Slim Shady will bless the show&apos;s stage on September 12, where he is nominated for eight Moonmen for his smash comeback album Recovery, the best-selling non-country release of the year.

Em joins an already star-packed roster of performers that includes Kanye West, Justin Bieber, Drake, B.o.B and Florence and the Machine, as well as in-house DJ Deadmau5 and host Chelsea Handler. The list of presenters already includes Ke$ha, Nicki Minaj, Emma Stone, Penn Badgley, Trey Songz, Ashley Greene, Selena Gomez and Ne-Yo.

Over the years, Eminem has given some of the most iconic performances of the modern VMA era, none bigger than 2000&apos;s Night of the Living Shadys. During that show, Em began his run through Video of the Year-winning hit &amp;quot;The Real Slim Shady&amp;quot; out on the streets of Manhattan, surrounded by an army of clones dressed exactly like him. The brigade then marched into Radio City Music Hall as Em finished &amp;quot;Shady&amp;quot; and then busted into a visceral &amp;quot;The Way I Am.&amp;quot;

Even when he wasn&apos;t performing on the show, Eminem &amp;mdash; who ranks sixth on the list of all-time VMA winners &amp;mdash; has made his presence felt over the years, as he did in 2002 with his infamous run-in with Triumph the Insult Comic Dog.

Viewers can vote for general VMA categories, including Best New Artist, by visiting VMA.MTV.com. In addition, text voting for Best New Artist is open to all wireless carrier subscribers by texting BNA to 97979. Voting continues through the show, live on September 12. Also, Verizon Wireless subscribers can vote in all categories by texting VMA to 97979 (standard message rates apply.)

The 27th annual MTV Video Music Awards will be broadcast live from the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles on September 12 at 9 p.m. ET. Fans can go to VMA.MTV.com (or text VMA to 97979 if they are Verizon subscribers) to vote for the winners from now through September 12.

					<title>Fantasia Barrino Finally Speaks Out On Suicide Attempt &quot;I Wanted Out&quot;.</title>
					<link>http://illegoentertainment.com/illegoextra.cfm?feature=617733&amp;postid=410340</link>
					<description>&amp;nbsp;

There&apos;s no way to know for sure if Fantasia Barrino&apos;s suicide attempt was real or a publicity stunt. But her actions following her release from the hospital call into question her true motives.

Just one day after getting out of the hospital for an aspirin overdose, the singer is seen with the married man she is accused of having an affair with. A camera crew was with them. It&apos;s believed they were being filmed for a segment on Fantasia&apos;s VH1 Behind The Music special, which happens to air on the same day her new album, &apos;Back To Me&apos; is being released.

Fantasia insists the suicide attempt was real. She&apos;s quoted in a story that appears today on PEOPLE.com as saying:

&amp;quot;I didn&apos;t have any fight in me. I didn&apos;t care about anything. I just wanted out. At that moment, I wanted out. I wanted it to be over with &amp;ndash; all of it, all of that [expletive]. I just sat in the closet and looked at the mirror and took all the pills in the bottle. I wanted to go to sleep and just be at peace. I knew exactly what I was doing. You can&apos;t accidentally take a whole bottle of pills. I was tired of people doing me wrong, constantly, over and over again, dealing with my family &amp;ndash; my father, dealing with men and their [expletive] &amp;ndash; I was tired. My head was hurting me. I was over it.&amp;quot;

Maybe Fantasia&apos;s head was hurting because she is facing a possible lawsuit from Paula Cook. The wife of Antwaun Cook, the man who&apos;s been breaking Barrino&apos;s back for a hot minute now.

&amp;quot;[Paula Cook] has threatened via her lawyers to me to sue Fantasia,&amp;quot; the singer&apos;s lawyer, Gena Morris, told PEOPLE.

North Carolina is one of seven states that allows the &amp;quot;other man&amp;quot; or &amp;quot;other woman&amp;quot; to be sued for alienation of affection and criminal conversation.

In March a woman named Anne Lunquist was ordered to&amp;nbsp;pay $9 millions dollars to Cynthia Shackelford of North Carolina for breaking up her marriage under that very law.

Fantasia and Antwuan Cook With Camera Crew One Day After Her Release From Hospital For &amp;quot;Overdose&amp;quot;

So if Fantasia wasn&apos;t faking a suicide attempt, it could be the possibility of losing everything she has motivated her to end it all or at least seek sympathy.

&amp;quot;I remember waking up in the hospital [and thinking], &apos;It didn&apos;t work, I&apos;m still here in this hellhole. Still here with all this drama going on,&apos;&amp;quot; she now says.

Fantasia better hope Paula Cook decides to take it easy on her or that &amp;quot;hellhole&amp;quot; she thinks she&apos;s been living in is going to get a whole lot hotter.

					<title>Lloyd Meets Dr Dre, Speaks On Hearing &apos;Detox&apos; Album &quot;It&apos;s Classic, It&apos;s Epic, It Felt Like Magic&quot;</title>
					<link>http://illegoentertainment.com/illegoextra.cfm?feature=617733&amp;postid=410322</link>
					<description>&amp;nbsp;

Video After The Jump

Lloyd recently met with Dr Dre and got the chance to hear the long awaited &apos;Detox&apos; album and came away impressed.

&amp;quot;It sounds like.....it&apos;s history, it&apos;s classic, it&apos;s epic. It&apos;s like L.A. stand up...it&apos;s like West Coast. This guy, he&apos;s a legend, he&apos;s not the youngest guy in the game. So for him to still have the youth by the balls and be able to come out with stuff that&apos;s constantly changing. I think it&apos;s incredible and it felt like magic.&amp;quot;

Lloyd also spoke on Dre&apos;s work ethic and what the West Coast legend thought of his new record with Polow Da Don.

&amp;quot;Actually he walked in when me and Polow had just finished the single, Lay It Down. And he heard the ad libbing at the end. And he was like &apos;damn&apos;. That reaction alone for me, was like validation, so shout out to Dre.&amp;quot;

When asked if he would be appearing on &apos;Detox&apos;, Lloyd said &amp;quot;have faith man.&amp;quot;
